David, an ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon, as well as Jill, a hospitalist and tropical medicine specialist, are blessed to be able to serve in Jill's home country of Nicaragua. Their current focus is to bring sight-restoring cataract and retina surgery to those who would otherwise have no access to care.
