ABOUT SHEPHERD’S STAFF

Shepherd’s Staff is a missions-facilitating organization dedicated to supporting and equipping local churches to send their own members as missionaries. The church is the sender!

We honor the role of the local church as churches provide direction, care, and accountability to their missionaries.  The church determines location and ministry focus under a broad tent of evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and church strengthening.

Our team provides HR support, including W2 employment, donation processing, financial planning, access to insurance and retirement planning, and general administrative services.

Our team offers supportive coaching and practical training to churches in areas such as assessing missionary candidates, guiding missionaries through transition, counseling through conflict or difficulty, and caring well for returning missionaries. We have deep and wide experience through our own service on the field and in the local church.

Churches send missionaries to the nations for the glory of God. We love helping the church send well.
