We had a great time interviewing Pastor Ed Taylor in this episode of Facilitating the Mission. Pastor Ed pastors Calvary Chapel Aurora, a church he planted in the late nineties. One of the key things we learn from Pastor Ed in part one of this interview is how important accessibility to the heart of the pastor is to communicating mission and changing church culture.
