Phil's initial ministry focus will be reconnecting with Japanese friends from his previous time living in Japan, in addition to building new relationships rooted in gospel witness and discipleship. Japanese language training will support this season by providing access to students from around the world and equipping Phil with the skills necessary for long-term service and deeper ministry in Japan.
