After more than three decades of service in the slums of Manila and its suburbs in the Philippines, among the various people groups in Kampala and Gulu in Uganda, East Africa, among the persecuted Karen and Karenni peoples from Burma in East Saint Paul in Minnesota, USA, Mike and Rebecca Watters are back in the Philippines to do evangelism and discipleship in Quezon City and elsewhere in the country. Pray that the Lord continues to strengthen them and use them to proclaim His glorious Gospel and to disciple and equip workers in the local churches. May they finish well to the glory of Christ! 

For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake. For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 4:5-6, ESV)
