Michelle works with International Friendships, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio. She serves the staff of IFI in the role of Ministry Partnership Development Manager, overseeing the training and coaching of staff in the area of support development. In her cross-cultural engagement, she focuses on developing leaders who will return to their countries as effective witnesses for Christ.
