Sixteen:Fifteen exists to help local churches discover and use their unique gifts in partnership with others to make Christ known among all nations. Through personal hands-on coaching, they help churches take on a more active role in fulfilling the Great Commission. Coaches from Sixteen:Fifteen come alongside churches for the duration of the coaching process. They work with church leadership, acting as a guide through a “3D Process” (Discover, Design, Deploy). Coaches not only mentor and train the churches, but are also available and accessible throughout the entire process… encouraging, supporting, and advising.
The Upstream Collective was birthed in order to help churches think and act like missionaries. Upstream desires to see churches develop a holistic view of mission, engaging both at home and abroad, and sending in various forms–via the marketplace, church based teams, and mission organizations. Among other things, Upstream conducts Sending Church Roundtables to help churches acquire the necessary information and tools to send their own to impact the world for Christ.
TRAIN International equips individuals and teams preparing to live and work cross-culturally and provides debriefing when they return from the field. TRAIN also offers coaching to churches that are sending and supporting cross-cultural workers. TRAIN’s goal is that workers go prepared, stay effective, and return healthy and prepared for their next phase of ministry.
